Why am I not able to view my childs picture on-line?

We service elementary, middle school and high school students, most of which are minors. As part of our privacy policy with the schools, we have promised not to publish any students image to protect the identity of the students. We do offer a 100% guarantee, so if you are not happy with the images you can return them for a full refund.

Can I order just the add-ons?

Add-on products are available only with the purchase of a package during the school picture season. Our packages are designed to offer you the best value.

What if my child is absent on picture day?

Each Fall, there is a retake day scheduled for your school. Please contact your school or our office for the date.

What is the deadline for ordering picture packages?

Orders are due on the date the photos are taken. Late orders are accepted at no extra charge, however, the photos will be processed and delivered with retake photos.

How can I order additional pictures?

You may order additional pictures on-line. You may also order additional pictures and products by contacting our office at 800-482-0321.

My child has the original and a retake photo. Which photo will appear in the composite and yearbook?

Retake photos will be placed in the yearbook and composite. If you would rather have the original photo used, please contact us immediately at 800-482-0321.

When is retake day?

Please contact your school or our office for your school’s retake date.

What do we need to do to get a retake?

Have your child return their picture package to the school on retake day and they will have their photo retaken at no extra charge.

Where is my mug, keychain or other special product?

Special products are delivered to your home approximately 3-4 weeks after the order is placed.

Where is my plaque?

Plaques are shipped to the school separately approximately 2 weeks after pictures packages.

Where is my class composite? It didn’t come with my picture package.

Class composites are typically delivered to the school in early February.

I am missing pictures from the package I ordered, what should I do?

Please contact our office at 800-482-0321 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

What is my school code?

School codes are located on the top of your order form above package choices as well as on the bottom right of the envelope portion of the order form.

Where is the confirmation for my on-line order?

Confirmations are sent to the email address you provided while placing your order.

I placed an order on-line, does my child need to bring a receipt?

It is not necessary, however, you may print out your email confirmation receipt and send with your child on picture day.

What is your photo usage policy? retains the copyright to all photographs and usage for training, display, presentations or industry competitions.
